Welcome, Chris!
Chris took a sometimes meandering path to Recurve (perhaps fitting given his affinity for hiking), but now looks forward to scaling the mountain that is demand flexibility.
He arrived in 2021 with nearly 15 years of operations, product, and customer-focused experience, including stops at Zappos and the Oakland A's, as well as Wells Fargo and the corporate governance firm Glass Lewis.
Drawing upon time spent as a peer counselor in college, Chris brings an empathetic yet methodical approach to his new team. He is thrilled and humbled to be part of a mission-driven company working to combat climate change.
Chris resides with his family in Sacramento, CA, where they enjoy exploring the outdoors together. He plays both the trombone and ukulele (sort of) and is grateful to his parents for sparking a lifelong interest in music. He also enjoys trivia, sports (playing and watching), and participating in the pandemic book club he started with his siblings. Once, while skiing, Chris fractured his humerus (although he didn't find it funny at all).
He holds a degree in Economics from UC Berkeley (Go Bears!), and a Master's in Sports Management from The Ohio State University.
